Ruler of Jelly

1 of 2. (Kiribian art.)
This is ~Lord-Hayati's character Krisseh he requested. (The jelly Usul.)
(Luckily he didn't mind if I added a BG or not. However it looked strange without one so I tried doing something candy related but it kinda...exploded. So I made this BG instead as a replacement. (May change it later we'll see.))

Not all that accurate to the chracter however I wanted to experiment with some things.
